They said the units were leveled, I found that they were not. Also they put the drain hose in wrong with the current water softener hose. The result was that I woke up the morning my softener cycled to find water in 3 rooms and the hall way. It took us several days to clean it all up. Other than the "set up" the machine seems to work great. We love it so far.
