I went ahead and bought it online, assembled it and have been using it almost 1 year. Its a very nice chair, it was originally comfortable but I experienced that the seat cushion wears down quick. I can press down about 1/4" and feel the hard material. Maybe "lighter weight" people do not have this problem but 6'3 240 lb guy, it gets very uncomfortable on my lower back and I do not have back problems. I ended up going to the store to buy a seat cushion and that reminded me to write this review. So heavier people....beware of this lack of butt comfort!

Assembly was relatively easy but would have been easier with a second person assisting in a couple of areas...Definitely Not impossible by yourself though. READ THE ASSEMBLY MANUAL FIRST AND IDENTIFY THE CORRECT PARTS FOR EACH STEP. Not enough people do this and charge right into throwing things together. Next thing you know "parts" don't fit right or you have been "shorted" screws ,bolts or nuts. My experience with this chair has been great. I would recommend this product. It's not the easiest chair to roll on thick carpeting, but what chair is?

Excellent chair for the price

It was the last one left and on on sale for $179.99 the box was beat up pretty bad, but I really needed a new chair. All the sales people at Best Buy said it was a great chair and they had one at home. I decided to buy it based on that, and I'm glad I did. It was very easy to put together, the arms were a bit tricky at first, but nothing to bad. The chair itself looks great, it looks like a $300 chair for only $179. It is very comfy, I have owned it for about a month now with no problems. My only gripe is the arms are a tad small I wish they were wider. All in all it's well worth the price.
